This is the card I made for cousin's Birthday. He is a huge football fan. I came across the instructions to make a gift card holder here: http://blog.ginakdesigns.com/2008/11/10/preview-day-1.aspx. I changed the dimensions to so that it would look more like a card and less like a gift card holder. I started with a 12x5 piece of cardstock and scored it at 3.5, 4.75, 6, and 10 inches using my Martha Stewart Score Board. Only the 4.75 score line should be a mountain fold, the rest are valleys. Then, using my ATG gun, I glued together the mountain fold. Only put a thin strip of adhesive in the inside bottom of the mountain fold, do not put adhesive up towards the crease. Next I used a ruler and a craft knife and cut a small slot into the top of the mountain fold. That way I could slide the money into the fold. Because I didn't put adhesive all the way up towards the crease, the money could slide in and out easily, but it wouldn't fall through the fold. I used Wild Card to cut the envelope. It is on the 4th row, 8th column of the overlay. I used hide condor on the gypsy to hide the "#1" cut out. It was cut at 5.5 inches and fits the card perfectly. I used 3 Birds for the football (8.75 inches) and Gypsy Wanderings for the sentiment (3.5 inches) The football was run through the Cuttlebug using my Swiss Dots folder.
