I saw a similar card by Monique (http://monkeydoodlecricut.blogspot.com/2011/02/wall-e-valentine-card-more.html) on her blog, and I had to try my twist. I turned this card into a thank you card for my Grandmother. The sunflowers, vase and bee were all cut from Walk in My Garden. The bee's wings are cut from vellum. The card base is 6 1/4 by 4 1/4. I measured 2 1/8 down from the top right corner of the card and cut diagonally to the top left fold. Next I cut a 4x6" piece of purple flowered paper and measured 2" down from the right corner and cut from there to the top left corner. I glued this on my card base leaving an 1/8" border all around. I next cut a 4x4" paper and cut diagonally again and also a 2x2" cut. The background paper on the inside of the card was cut at 4x6". The pink square on the inside was cut at 4x4. The bee is tucked slightly under the sunflowers so that when the card is closed it looks like the bee is sitting on the sunflower. However, when you open the card it stays on the inside of the card.
